About the Author
I was born in 1978 and grew up in Pretoria, Gauteng, RSA. As a teenager, I always imagined myself writing stories.
In 1998 I met my now husband Rayn, and tied the knot in 2001. In 2004 we embarked on a European adventure and returned to South African in 2006. That same year we decided to uproot our lives and relocate to Cape Town. Between 2010 and 2016 we were blessed with three daughters, Christelle, Annika and Benita.
I have been privileged to have the support that especially my husband has given to me in pursuing my passion for writing. My voice of reason has been my friend Andrea, who kept me sane and positive. I value each and everyone’s input into my adventure. For this I will be forever grateful.
I completed a Certificate via Write Academy specifically with a focus on children story writing which I thoroughly enjoyed and have completed another course with them to enhance my passion and story writing.
I am excited to see where this journey will lead.

Beulah, Farmer Don's favourite goat, loved to exaggerate. Her best friend, Ben - a billy goat, found it hard to believe her when she told him about the dreadful, newest member to the animal family - Mr Tiny, The Second - a pedigree Rottweiler!
“Are you sure you are not exaggerating a little, Beulah?”, he asked. However, when he saw Mr Tiny, The Second with his own eyes, he had to believe her.
The two friends did not trust or like Mr Tiny one bit. He made them very nervous. On top of it, he had the habit of showing up at the most impossible times. Beulah had just about enough of Mr Tiny's shenanigans. She thought of a plan to show him who is boss and not to mess with the goats, but her plan did not work out as planned. Mr Tiny walked away a hero in the eyes of all the farm animals, much to her annoyance. Ben and Beulah set out to set things straight. Everything went hunky dory until the silly hen, Mrs Beak, accused Beulah of causing the bump on her head.
Beulah knew she would have to think of a new plan to set the noisy chickens straight and ran off towards the pond to think.
In a jiffy she found herself in real trouble. Only one animal could help her now - Mr Tiny, The Second!
